Tasty food in a new intimate casual setting. Great food. I especially liked the cat fish meal with two sides and it can be fried or grilled. The candied yams were delicious as were the greens and peach cobbler. I've had soul food in many locations and this is genuine. I will be going back often.

I'm not really a fish eater but I had the fried catfish with my chicken and waffles. One word delicious just melts in your mouth. Also this was my first time trying chicken and waffles and it was damn good. The fried chicken here is crispier then kfc. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves soul food.

How lucky are we that these guys moved into N Scottsdale!? Awesome soul food with awesome staff. The place had the game on and people seemed happy to be streaming in. The oven wasn't working so we will be back for the cabbage and the cornbread! So happy now!

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!!!! The owner was super nice. I got catfish with greens and potato salad. When I say I ate every bit and wanted more I mean that. Everything was great, fresh and served hot. I will definitely be going back for more. Try it yourself!
